You can not use this form to buy Shares.
This form is only used to register after a
Share transfer takes place.


If you purchased your Shares online during the IPO, then you are already registered. You do NOT need to submit this information again.

If you bought your Shares by using the Trading Board then you DO need to register.


You are not required to register your Share, however registration is important for two reasons:

1. An unregistered Share can not be returned to Ben MacNeill in 2004. This is a security issue, needed to ensure the authenticity of the print. (Read more about this in the Transfer of Share section on the back of the Share.)

2. Registering with MacNeill Art Projects will keep you informed of issues pertinent to Shareholders: change of address, press releases, openings etc. If you decide you do not ever want to be contacted, then you have the choice of deselecting the mailing list option. Privacy/No-spam policy.
