CHICAGO, IL -- Ben MacNeill announced today that the Chicago-based MacNeill Art Projects and Artshare.com will be officially relocating to New York City in mid-August 1999.
"I am very sorry to leave Chicago," stated MacNeill, the creator of Artshare.com, "This phenomenal city has been instrumental in the direction of my art, and I take a great deal of pride in the time I have spent here." "Though we will miss Chicago, we are very excited about the coming move to New York City. We are in a competitive business and I feel it essential at this time to establish a strategic position in New York," said MacNeill. Artshare.com is expected to complete relocation and transfer of all services to the New York headquarters by August 23rd, 1999.
